Join us for a day-long painting challenge, capturing the views, historic buildings and grounds of Watts Gallery in Compton, Guildford. Open to professional and amateur artists alike, all ages and levels of experience are welcome.
All participants will receive a goody bag containing (amongst other things) a painting surface to suit your preferred medium. If you would rather use your own prepared surface, please ensure it is stamped when you register on the day. There will be a first prize of £500 sponsored by the County Club and a further prize of a solo exhibition at Art & Grind in Guildford.
Registration from 10:00, all work to be submitted for judging by 15:30.
Along with valuable prizes for the winners and highly commended, there will be an opportunity for all participants to exhibit the work they create on the day at Art & Grind during Guildford Festival.
