On your marks for Bolt Round the Holt #11
The pace is gathering as preparations for the eleventh Bolt Round the Holt get underway. The off-road running event offers 5k, 10k and 21k distances and is taking place on Saturday March 30th at Alice Holt Forest near Farnham.

The event raises funds for Guildford-based charity GUTS. The charity works to improve bowel cancer survival rates.
Charity manager, Nerissa Deeks said: “This is a great family-friendly running event. It’s entirely traffic free and takes runners through a lovely forest route. It’s suitable for novices or those more experienced – it’s a great preparation for the any London Marathon runners. We also offer a children’s 1k fun run and cani-cross 5k and 10k distances, so even the four-legged members of your family can join in the fun!”
On the day A-Plan Insurance Guildford will be offering face painting for kids. Reflexology Farnham and Oak Park Clinic will be providing pre and post-race treatment for runners.
